Welcome to Oak Skin Aesthetics. By booking an appointment or purchasing products through our salon, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
 

Appointment Booking and Fees

When booking an appointment with Oak Skin Aesthetics, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of service, which can be paid via cash or card.
 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee. No shows after 10 min of initial appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the total deposit (50% of the appointment fee) will be forfeited.
  
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must also provide at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, the deposit (50% of the appointment fee) will be forfeited.
 

Product Sales and Returns

All sales of products are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product arrives damaged. In the case of a damaged product, please contact us via email at oakskinaesthetics@gmail.com with proof of the damage (e.g., photos) within 3 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
 

Limitation of Liability 

Oak Skin Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service or product in question.
